ARTIST STATEMENT
An advocate for interdisciplinary craft, I seek the notion of a modern renaissance amongst the unorthodox intersectionality of bio-integrated design, visual art, and performance. Viewing design, at large, as the dialogue between arts and sciences, my creative continuum is exercised through immersive story-telling and novel mapping techniques in partnership with nature. Fostering kinship amongst the mediums of fashion, movement, architecture, and biogeochemistry, my artistic pursuits formalize through stained glass, mixed media paintings, installation, and set design. At the crux of my creative praxis lies testimony and intimacy, highlighting explorations of rewilding, the architecture of the self, and the enigmatic junction of spirituality and sexuality. Articulating experiences of bliss, biomimicry, and anamnesis, my work kindles conversation on identity hierarchy, climate change, and ecological justice.
